Muve – How to start riding

It’s easy to start riding, just follow the steps below and you’ll get a ride in no time!
  1. Create an account

    Becoming a rider is easy. All you need to do is download our Rider mobile application and register with us. When entering your details, make sure to have a valid mobile phone number and email address so we can verify your account! You can register using your Facebook profile too. Riders are required to have a valid credit or debit card for payments. When you are adding a new card, we will be charging a specific amount in between $1 and $2, from your account. Kindly find out the amount from your card statement and enter the amount in the verification screen to get your card verified. The narration on your statement will appear as MUVE PHONE 0731550099.
  2. Payment details and Muve wallet (Coming Soon)

    You can pay for your trips using your wallet – it’s a convenient and smart way to pay for your rides. You won’t have to pay for the surcharge if you deposit $50 or more! You may also set up auto top-ups to and we will even send you alerts if your balance reaches a certain amount. You may also review recent payments and transactions via the mobile application. In addition, any rewards or credits to be applied to your account will also appear here!
  3. Start riding

    You can now start requesting for rides through your mobile application! Before you start riding, don’t forget to read our community and behavioural guidelines first so you’ll know what we expect from our users. Now that’s all sorted – happy riding!
